The Partners in this Protocol commit to:

• Implementing the protocol and training all staff on the use of the protocol.

• Reporting necessary changes needed to keep the protocol relevant and up to date

• Making the information and procedures in this protocol available to service users and the public to educate and inform.

Using the protocol as a tool to:

• Improve collaboration, and to reduce and manage risks,

• Reduce potential trauma for victims through a trauma and violence informed response,

• Ensure perpetrators of violence and abuse are held responsible and are directed to supports, and

• Support early and effective interventions to prevent further abuse and harm in our community.
